随着城市和社会的发展,地面的杆线逐步转入地下,地下管线的种类越来越多,地下管线的布置也日趋复杂。以我市为例,几年前常州提到的各类管线只有七种,即供电、邮电、给水、污水、雨水、煤气和路灯。最初的供电、邮电都还是地面架设杆线。近年来一些杆线已转入地下,在某些地段,已经增加了热力、闭路电视、交通信号等管线;尤其在一些主干道上,有的管线要敷设二条,或并列双排,或有高低压
