几年来我园的教研工作,做到了常抓不懈。学期初由主管园长制订教研计划,经过教研大组讨论修改后,以教研组为单位组织实施,教师根据自己特长和本班幼儿年龄特点选择教研课题,学期末写出专题总结或论文。现在,我园已形成了有自己特色的教研程序。 通过学习、落实《幼儿园工作规程》,广大教师逐渐更新了教育观念,树立了正确的儿童观和教育观。在思想认识上有了飞跃:①教师把工作的出发点和落脚点放在了促进幼儿的发展上;②幼儿主体作用的发挥重点放在了幼儿主动参与活动方面;③教师设计的教育活动从幼儿实际出发,为幼儿准备大量的动手、动口、动脑材料;④创设良好的精神和物质环境,满足幼儿的兴趣,激发幼儿的求知欲,在培养能力上下功夫;⑤采取游戏的方法,以游戏的口吻诱导幼儿主
