本文用鲎试剂对乳酸环丙沙星注射液的细菌内毒素进行检测，经过抑制／增强试验表明，乳酸环丙沙星注射液按1：8的稀释液对标定值为0．5EU／ml的TAL无抑制增强作用。实验结果表明，将原液按1：8稀释后可标定值为0．5EU／ml的TAL进行检测乳酸环丙沙星注射液中的细菌内毒素。
Bacterial endotoxin of ciprofloxacin lactate lactate injection was tested in this paper. After inhibition / enhancement test, ciprofloxacin lactate injection was diluted 1: 8 against 0.5EU / ml TAL no inhibitory enhancement. The experimental results showed that the bacterial endotoxin in ciprofloxacin lactate injection was tested by TAL with a calibrated value of 0.5EU / ml diluted 1: 8.
