2010年,我国大学生就业形势更加严峻,针对大学生就业难的现状,对如何提高新闻专业大学生的就业能力提出了四点有针对性、实效性的建议。即建立大学生就业实训见习基地,开展专业第二课堂活动,强化就业指导与服务,鼓励大学生转变就业观念,调整大学生的就业心态。
In 2010, the employment situation of college students in China is more severe. According to the current situation of college students’ employment difficulties, this article puts forward four suggestions on how to improve the employability of college students majoring in journalism. That is to establish employment training base for college students to carry out professional activities in the second classroom, strengthen employment guidance and services, to encourage students to change their employment concept, to adjust the employment mentality of college students.
