如果我们回顾一下网络发展的历史就可以发现,在上个世纪90年代中期, 国内、国外的数据网络连接是基于企业导向的应用,是企业建立企业内网或者政府建设内部的网络;到了90年代末期, 整个网络技术的发展使企业自用网络变成公共网络的基础架构,给我们的每一个市民、企业的员工也提供了一个公网的服务。在公网的服务中,大家用上了宽带,可以很方便地访问互联网。可以预见,在今后整个网络的发展应该是以用户的应用或用户的需求作为导向的。
