新的形势需要档案管理工作技术更先进、内容更丰富、分工更专业。档案管理专业化、技术化不断增强,这就对档案工作者自身的综合素养也有了全新的要求。档案管理者应充分利用现在已经成熟的网络技术,不断提高档案管理信息化水平,使档案更好地服务于社会。档案管理工作者在日常工作中应该从意识、能力、精神三个方面提高素养。
The new situation requires more advanced technology archives management, more content, division of labor more professional. File management specialization, technology continues to increase, which on the archives workers own comprehensive literacy also has a new requirement. File managers should make full use of the network technology that is now mature, and continuously improve the level of information management of archives so that the archives can better serve the society.
