目的分析我国电话心理咨询的现状,探讨改进方法。方法文献分析。对1990年~2009年期间有关电话心理咨询的23篇研究性论文进行分析。结果在实施机构、名称、时间、技术培训、宣传、伦理、资金等方面存在问题。结论借鉴国外经验,建立一套完善的电话心理咨询体系势在必行。
Objective To analyze the current situation of telephone counseling in China and to explore ways to improve it. Methodological literature analysis. Twenty-three research papers on telephone counseling between 1990 and 2009 were analyzed. Results in the implementation of the organization, name, time, technical training, publicity, ethics, funding and other aspects of the problem. Conclusion Drawing lessons from foreign experience, it is imperative to establish a sound telephone counseling system.
