Reinforced concrete sleepers are a new type of rail-based foundation for railway lines. Use it instead of wooden pillows to save a lot of wood. As the sleepers are exposed to the sun, night, snow, rain and frost for years and months, they also have to withstand the train load and shocks in operation, so the requirements for product quality standards are high. From the processing of raw materials, the production of templates, the stabilization of corks, and the inspection of finished products, high precision is required.
