油田防雷减灾现状分析及对策探讨

雷电灾害的频繁发生给社会带来严重损失,近几年,雷电灾害带来的损失日益严重,给国民经济造成巨大损失。雷电灾害使我国的油田生产损失惨重,以胜利油区为例,由于该油区多属雷电多发地带,油区内防雷设置数量最多、密度最大,但是,由于雷电而造成的设置损坏、停电及人身伤害等事故依旧频发,为油区的安全生产带来巨大威胁。因此,改善防雷措施,提高雷电和检测能力,为油区的安全生产保教护航是重中之重。本文基于笔者多年的工作实践经验,详细的论述了油田防雷减灾工作的现状,并且归纳了防雷减灾过程中存在的问题,并提出了几点改进措施和意见,为提高油田防雷减灾水平,确保油田安全生产提供参考。 The frequent occurrence of lightning disasters has brought serious losses to society. In recent years, the losses caused by lightning disasters have become increasingly serious, causing huge losses to the national economy. Lightning disaster has caused heavy losses in oilfield production in our country. Take Shengli Oilfield as an example. Since this area is mostly lightning strikes, the lightning protection area is the largest and the density is the largest. However, due to the lightning damage caused by the installation, And accidents such as personal injury are still frequent, posing a huge threat to the safety of the oil zone. Therefore, improving lightning protection measures, improving lightning and detection capability, and ensuring safe navigation in the oil area are the most important tasks. Based on the author’s many years of working experience, this paper discusses the status quo of lightning and disaster mitigation work in oilfield in detail, and sums up the existing problems in the course of mine and disaster mitigation and puts forward some measures and opinions for improvement.
