本文从粉末原始状态出发对三种不同含碳量的IN-100粉末高温合金进行了研究。指出氩气雾化粉末是“糊状凝固”的多枝晶球体,内部存在大量缩孔,气孔和第二相。粉末晶粒度和粒度在一定范围内存在指数关系。枝晶间和粉末表面存在凝固偏析。粉末中主要析出相为γ~1和MC相。粉末在加热过程中存在MC→M_(23)C_6碳化物转变,γ~1相在加热过程中不断析出
In this paper, three kinds of IN-100 powder superalloy with different carbon contents were studied starting from the original powder state. Pointed out that the argon atomized powder is “dendrites” dendritic spheres, there are a large number of internal shrinkage, porosity and the second phase. There is an exponential relationship between grain size and grain size within a certain range. Dendritic intergranular and powder surface segregation. The main precipitation phase in the powder is γ ~ 1 and MC phase. There is MC → M_ (23) C_6 carbide transformation in the powder during heating, γ ~ 1 phase is continuously precipitated during heating
