转化德困生是一项长期而艰难的工作,也是学校班级管理中的重要工作,需要一个较为长时间的培育转化过程。学校结合本土资源,探索有效的方法和途径,对症下药,纠正进城务工人员子女不良的道德行为,逐步培养德困生具备良好的思想道德。主要是利用端砚文化村、端砚街、砚村文化广场、亨德五金厂、志成气动厂、肇庆市福利院等德育基地开展相应的德育活动,在活动中对德困生进行教育。
Transforming students from Germany is a long-term and difficult task. It is also an important task in school class management. It takes a relatively long time to cultivate and transform the process.
