在信息技术迅猛发展的时代,随着计算机和网络技术的应用,图书馆也正向着数字化、网络化图书馆发展。在新技术、新设备及全新的管理模式和服务方式的引领下,给中职学校图书馆工作人员带来了新的机遇和挑战。面对机遇与挑战,图书馆员只有更新观念,不断提高自身素质,才能顺应时代的发展,更好地为学校的建设发展服务。本文基于对中职学校图书馆人才队伍建设的现状分析,对照信息时代对中职学校图书馆的要求,提出了加强人才队伍建设的对策建议。
In the era of rapid development of information technology, with the application of computer and network technology, libraries are also developing towards digital and networked libraries. Under the guidance of new technologies, new equipment and new management modes and service modes, new opportunities and challenges have been brought to secondary school library staff. In the face of opportunities and challenges, only when librarians update their concepts and continuously improve their own qualities can they adapt themselves to the development of the times and serve the construction and development of schools better. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the construction of talent team in secondary vocational school library, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of qualified personnel team according to the requirements of secondary vocational school library in information age.
