目的:分析丹参地上部分脂溶性的化学成分和含量。方法:用索氏提取法收集丹参地上部分的脂溶性成分,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分离并分析鉴定组分。结果:通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的31个化合物,占检出物的89.90%,丹参地上部分脂溶性成分主要为γ-谷甾醇(10.55%)、4,4,6a,6b,8a,11,11,14b-Octamethyl-1,4,4a,5,6,6a,6b,7,8,8a,9,10,11,12,12a,14,14a,14b-octadecahydro-2H-picen-3-one(9.83%)、4-豆甾烯-3-酮(7.51%)、十六酸(7.27%)、β-谷甾醇(5.20%)、α-香树脂醇(5.01%)、二十四烷(4.72%)、无羁萜(4.04%)等。结论:研究结果对丹参地上部分的开发利用提供了一定的理论基础。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents and contents of liposoluble in aerial parts of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: The fat-soluble components of the aerial part of Salvia miltiorrhiza were collected by Soxhlet extraction. The constituents were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: Of the 31 compounds identified, accounting for 89.90% of the detected compounds, the lipid-soluble components of aerial parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza were mainly γ-sitosterol (10.55%), 4,4,6a, 6b, 8a, , 11,14b-Octamethyl-1,4,4a, 5,6,6a, 6b, 7,8,8a, 9,10,11,12,12a, 14,14a, 14b-octadecahydro-2H-picen-3 -one (9.83%), 4-stiostren-3-one (7.51%), palmitic acid (7.27%), β-sitosterol Tetraoxane (4.72%), un-custard (4.04%) and so on. Conclusion: The results provide some theoretical basis for the development and utilization of aerial parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
