工程项目结算工作作为工程项目管理的重要环节,必须要做好内部的控制。我国建筑工程行业发展的较为迅猛,在发展的过程中,也存在着一定的问题,而工程项目结算的内部控制就是其中的问题之一。本文从工程项目结算的问题、工程项目结算存在的风险及工程项目内部控制的具体设计三个方面加以展开。
Project settlement work as an important part of project management, internal control must be well done. China’s construction industry is developing more rapidly in the process of development, there are also some problems, and the settlement of the project’s internal control is one of the problems. This article starts with the settlement of construction project, the risk of construction settlement and the concrete design of the internal control of construction project.
