目的:了解糖尿病母亲新生儿临床特点,提高该病诊断与防治水平。方法:对收治的29例糖尿病母亲新生儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:低血糖18例,占62%;低血钙7例,占24%;高胆红素血症9例,占31%;红细胞增多症11例,占38%;肺透明膜病1例,占3.44%;巨大儿13例,占44%。结论:糖尿病母亲新生儿生后应加强监护,及时行血糖、血钙、胆红素及肺功能等检测,积极进行治疗。
Objective: To understand the clinical features of newborns with diabetic mothers and to improve the diagnosis and prevention of the disease. Methods: The clinical data of 29 newborn infants with diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Hypoglycemia in 18 cases, accounting for 62%; hypocalcemia in 7 cases, accounting for 24%; hyperbilirubinemia in 9 cases, accounting for 31%; polycythemia in 11 cases, accounting for 38%; hyaline membrane disease in 1 case , Accounting for 3.44%; huge children in 13 cases, accounting for 44%. Conclusion: Neonatal diabetic mothers should be supervised after birth, and blood glucose, serum calcium, bilirubin and pulmonary function should be promptly tested.
