毕节是国务院批准建立的农村综合试验区,与全国全省同步建成全面小康社会,不仅是重要政治任务,是充分履行做示范、探路子职责使命的需要,也是全市873万各族人民的殷切期盼。在27年改革发展的基础上,毕节试验区应主动适应全国经济发展新常态,推进“五化”并行、“五路”并进、“五动”并举,全力闯出贫困地区全面建成小康社会新路子。
