目的了解宫颈常见病毒感染与妇科疾病间的关系。方法采用DNA分子杂交技术,对82例正常宫颈及268例生殖道病变宫颈标本进行人乳头状瘤病毒、单纯疱疹病毒2型、巨细胞病毒及沙眼衣原体检测。结果生殖系各疾病组的综合检出率(5597%)明显高于宫颈光滑组(4146%),P<005。各疾病中综合检出率以宫颈癌最高(8000%),其次为宫颈管炎(7500%)、Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂(7143%)及卵巢肿瘤(7142%)。结论宫颈四项病原体感染与宫颈病变及卵巢肿瘤密切相关
Objective To understand the relationship between common cervical infection and gynecological diseases. Methods DNA hybridization was used to detect human papillomavirus, herpes simplex virus type 2, cytomegalovirus and Chlamydia trachomatis in 82 normal cervix and 268 genital tract cervical specimens. Results The overall detection rate (5597%) in each disease group was significantly higher than that in cervical smooth group (4146%) (P <005). The comprehensive detection rate of each disease was the highest in cervical cancer (8000%), followed by cervical canal inflammation (7500%), Ⅲ degree cervical erosion (7143%) and ovarian cancer (7142%). Conclusion The infection of four pathogens in cervix is closely related to cervical lesions and ovarian tumors
