第一次叙述第四心音(以下简称 S_4)迄今虽已一百多年了,只是近十多年来,随着人们对心脏血流动力学的深入了解,心血管造影的应用和记录心音仪器的改进,才使 S_4的研究有了新进展。由于听取 S_4是无创伤性检查方法,简便易行,故日益受到临床工作者的重视。对于 S_4的特性、发生机制、可听性、临床意义等方面,国内外医务工作者都做了许多工作,现扼要地加以综述。
