本文报道发射计算机断层(ECT)铊运动心肌定位分析,提高了检测深部心肌梗塞(MI)的敏感性和特异性。75例病人作ECT~(201)T1运动心肌显像,同时进行冠状动脉造影和左心室造影。病人平均年龄为53.9岁(18~73岁)。男性63例,女性12例。至少有1枝主要的冠状动脉狭窄大于50%为61例,其中33例过去有过临床或ECG心肌梗塞证据,28例过去无ECG改变或心肌梗塞历史。其余14例冠状动脉正常,或者狭窄不足50%。右冠状动脉(RCA)、左前降支(LAD)及左旋支(LCX)狭窄的程度按受累管腔直径来分级。狭窄大于50%诊断冠状动脉疾病(CAD)。
This paper reports the myocardial localization of thallium in emission computed tomography (ECT), which improves the sensitivity and specificity of detection of deep myocardial infarction (MI). Seventy - five patients underwent ECT ~ (201) T1 exercise myocardial imaging, with coronary angiography and left ventricular angiography. The average patient age was 53.9 years (18-73 years). 63 males and 12 females. At least 1 major coronary artery stenosis was greater than 50% in 61 patients, 33 of whom had previous evidence of clinical or ECG myocardial infarction, and 28 had no history of ECG changes or myocardial infarction in the past. The remaining 14 cases of normal coronary artery, or less than 50% stenosis. The extent of right coronary artery (RCA), left anterior descending (LAD) and left circumflex (LCX) stenosis was graded according to the diameter of the affected lumen. Stenosis greater than 50% diagnoses coronary artery disease (CAD).
