电力企业的稳定发展同其内部工程财务管理有着密不可分的关联。在实际工作中,工程项目往往存在财务部门的参与性不强,行使职能不明确等问题。本文结合自身多年工作经验,提出了相关控制策略。
The stable development of power enterprises is closely related to the financial management of their internal projects. In practical work, projects often have issues such as poor participation in the financial department and unclear exercise of functions. Based on my own years of work experience, this article proposes relevant control strategies.
