在现代化的发展过程中,煤炭企业加强了对自身的各方面管理,并且全面朝着节能、绿色、环保、可持续的方向转型。而在煤炭企业发展的过程中,财务管理一直是主要的内容之一,如果对于这一内容缺乏明确的体系建立,将十分不利于煤炭企业的健康发展。面对当前时代下的多重挑战,煤炭企业财务管理应当进行实时的改革,采取较为科学有效的措施进行实时的应对。
In the process of modernization, coal enterprises have stepped up their management in all aspects and have all-aroundly transformed into energy conservation, greenness, environmental protection and sustainability. In the process of the development of coal enterprises, financial management has always been one of the main contents. If there is a lack of a clear system for this content, it will be very detrimental to the healthy development of coal enterprises. Faced with the multiple challenges of the current era, the financial management of coal enterprises should carry out real-time reforms and adopt more scientific and effective measures to deal with them in real time.
