当患者以胸痛为突出表现时,往往会怀疑得了心绞痛、心肌梗塞、胸膜炎性、癌性胸痛,甚至会以为是心脏神经官能症等作怪,而对流性食管炎引起胸痛却知之甚少。胃食管反流病为何引起急性心脏系统急性病呢,本文从临床表现,辅助检查、诊断思路、治疗原则、诊断标准五个方面分析讨论胃食管反流病对急性心脏病的影响。
When patients with chest pain as a prominent performance, they often suspect angina, myocardial infarction, pleurisy, cancer of the chest pain, and even thought it was cardiac neurosis and other mischief, and convective esophagitis caused by chest pain is poorly understood. Why gastro-esophageal reflux disease causes acute acute cardiac disease? This article analyzes the effects of gastroesophageal reflux disease on acute heart disease from five aspects: clinical manifestations, auxiliary examination, diagnostic ideas, treatment principles and diagnostic criteria.
