在冲压校平工艺中,由于放件、取件操作不便,而造成伤残事故较多。为了避免事故,提高工效,我们自己研制了校平送料的一种新装置(如图),在生产中取得了良好的效果。此装置的模柄连着上模并固定在冲床的滑块上。支板固定在上模上。由于滑块的上下运动,支板随着做上下运动,连板也同时做定轴转动(连板由螺栓固定在床身上),通过连杆带动托板做往复运动。
In the stamping process, due to the release, pick-up operation inconvenience, resulting in more disabled accident. In order to avoid accidents and improve work efficiency, we developed a new device (Figure) for leveling feed, and achieved good results in production. The stem of this device is attached to the upper mold and fixed on the slider of the punch. Bracket fixed on the mold. Due to the up and down movement of the slider, the support plate moves up and down along with it. The connecting plate also rotates at the same time (the connecting plate is fixed on the bed by the bolt), and the support plate is driven to reciprocate through the connecting rod.
