目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(PSS)患者血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平变化与PSS患者组织损伤实验室检测指标关系。方法采用ELISA法检测50例PSS患者,38例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者,42例正常对照者的IL-17水平;并检测ANA、IgG、RF、抗SSA、抗SSB、γ球蛋白和ESR等组织损伤指标。结果 PSS组IL-17水平为(38.6±10.5)pg/ml,高于对照组(6.1±3.2)pg/ml(P<0.05)。抗核抗体(ANA)阳性、类风湿因子(RF)阳性、腮腺肿痛的PSS患者IL-17水平高于各自阴性对照组(P<0.05)。PSS患者血清IL-17水平与免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及血沉(ESR)呈明显正相关(r=0.651,P<0.05;r=0.714,P<0.05)。结论 PSS患者组血清IL-17水平高于对照组,研究结果提示IL-17参与了PSS的发病过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of serum interleukin-17 (IL-17) in patients with primary Sjogren’s Syndrome (PSS) and the tissue damage laboratory test in patients with PSS. Methods The levels of IL-17 in 50 patients with PSS, 38 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and 42 normal controls were measured by ELISA. ANA, IgG, RF, anti-SSA, anti-SSB, And ESR and other tissue damage indicators. Results The level of IL-17 in PSS group was (38.6 ± 10.5) pg / ml, higher than that in the control group (6.1 ± 3.2) pg / ml (P <0.05). The levels of IL-17 in anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) -positive, rheumatoid factor (RF) -positive and parotid gastral PSS patients were significantly higher than those in the negative controls (P <0.05). Serum levels of IL-17 in PSS patients were positively correlated with IgG and ESR (r = 0.651, P <0.05; r = 0.714, P <0.05). Conclusions The level of serum IL-17 in PSS patients is higher than that in control group. The results suggest that IL-17 is involved in the pathogenesis of PSS.
