目的:探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染性胃炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取80例幽门螺旋杆菌感染性胃炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。两组均给予西药治疗,观察组加用笔者自拟中药方连续治疗2周,停药4周后观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为77.50%,两组治疗总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染性胃炎临床效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infectious gastritis and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Eighty patients with H. pylori infection gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods, 40 cases in each group. The two groups were given western medicine treatment, the observation group plus I self-prepared Chinese medicine for continuous treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks after the withdrawal observed the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group and 77.50% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori infectious gastritis clinical effect is obvious, worthy of clinical promotion.
