目的:探讨自愿婚检制度下加强婚前保健工作的措施与对策。方法:通过实施免费婚检政策,加大婚检宣传力度,设立免费婚检宣传窗口,提供优质便捷的婚前保健服务,实施免费婚检新规定,强化部门职责等一系列措施来提高婚检率。结果:自实施免费婚检与采取一系列措施后,余杭区的婚检率逐年提升,免费婚检工作成效显著。结论:政府重视和实施免费婚检是提高婚检率的前提,加大宣传和实行婚检劝导是提高婚检率有效措施,部门配合和提供婚检健康证明是提高婚检率的有效手段。
Objective: To explore the measures and countermeasures of strengthening the premarital health care work under the voluntary premarital medical examination system. Methods: Through a series of measures such as implementing free premarital examination policy, intensifying premarital premarital examination, setting up a free premarital propaganda window, providing high quality and convenient prenatal care services, implementing new premarital prerequisites and strengthening departmental responsibilities to raise premarital rates. Results: Since the implementation of free premarital examination and adoption of a series of measures, the rate of premarital examination in Yuhang District has been increasing year by year. The results of the free premarital examination have achieved remarkable results. Conclusion: The government attaches importance to and enforces free premarital premarital examination to improve premarital examination rate. Increasing publicity and premarital premarital examination are effective measures to improve premarital examination rate. Departments cooperate and provide premarital health examination is an effective means to improve premarital examination rate.
