目的比较3种消毒方法对牙科高速手机、洁牙手柄的灭菌效果。方法采用细菌培养，比较紫外线消毒法、碘酊及乙醇涂擦法、蒸汽压力灭菌法的灭菌效果。结果蒸汽压力灭菌在温度136℃，时间为15分钟下能彻底灭菌。结论牙科高速手机、洁牙手柄污染严重，蒸汽压力灭菌法是目前最为理想的灭菌法。“,”OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of three disinfection methods to sterilize the detal handpieces and teeth cleaner handle.METHODS Bacterium cultivating were used to examine the instrument and three disinfection methods were compared. RESULTS The steam-pressure disinfection method (136℃ 15 min) could sterilize the intrumnt completely. CONCLUSIONS Steam-pressure is now the best disinfection method for oral intruments .
