目的:提高对静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)卫生细节的重视。方法:通过对PIVAS各工作流程的观察和相关制度的梳理,结合《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》的要求进行分析和思考。结果:发现在PIVAS标准操作规程和管理制度中有明确规定的内容基本执行到位,但内容之外的部分卫生细节容易被忽视。结论:应当根据医院PIVAS的自身情况,逐步完善和细化标准操作规程与管理制度,并适时加强员工工作态度、责任意识、职业道德、基础理论知识以及实际操作技能等教育和培训。
PURPOSE: To raise the profile of the health details of the PIVAS center. Methods: Through the observation of PIVAS workflows and the related system, combined with the requirements of the “quality management standard for centralized administration of intravenous drugs”, the paper analyzes and thinks. Results: It was found that the PIVAS standard operating procedures and management system, the contents of the provisions of the basic implementation of the place, but outside the content of some of the details of health easily overlooked. Conclusion: The PIVAS should be based on the hospital’s own situation, and gradually improve and refine the standard operating procedures and management system, and timely enhance staff attitude, sense of responsibility, professional ethics, basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills and other education and training.
