中国盲文图书馆启动盲人文化志愿服务活动2011年11月15日是第28届国际盲人节,中国盲文图书馆于当日正式启动盲人文化志愿服务活动,共青团中央、教育部、全国妇联、中国残联还联合授予中国盲文图书馆“关爱残疾人——阳光志愿助残基地”称号。据了解,中国盲文图书馆自建成开放以来,已接待全国各地盲人群众参观阅览千余人次。为了更加充分地发挥视障文化教育资讯等综合性服务功能,中国盲文图书馆今后将整合各方资源,丰富文化志愿助残
