在传统农业社会向现代工业社会转变过程中,农村劳动力大规模转移是一种重要特征,我国农村社会在劳动力大量转移后出现了“农业女性化”的现象。这种由农村女性劳动力转移滞后所带来的现象,反映了我国男女地位的不平等和性别发展的不平衡。在社会主义新农村建设中,关注农村女性发展问题是题中应有之义。
In the process of transforming traditional agricultural society into modern industrial society, the large-scale transfer of rural labor force is an important feature. In rural China, the phenomenon of “feminization of agriculture” has emerged after the transfer of labor force. This phenomenon brought about by the lagging transfer of rural female labor force reflects the inequality in the status of men and women in our country and the imbalance in gender development. In the construction of a new socialist countryside, attention to rural women’s development is the proper meaning of the questions.
