随着社会的发展和公民法律意识的不断增强,医患关系调节方式上的法制化趋势日益明显。相形之下,医疗卫生单位则缺乏应有的法律敏感性,对自身的合法权益维护的力度不够,在医疗纠纷处理及法律诉讼中往往处于被动。如何面对挑战,转变观念,在充分尊重病人的生命健康权利的同时,依法加强自身权益维护,是当前医疗卫生单位亟待重视的课题。 1.卫生单位主体意识淡薄
