1 病例介绍例1 女性,76岁。心悸、气短1年。BP:18/11kPa。双肺底部可闻及水泡音,心率92次/分。心电图:陈旧性心肌梗塞。二维超声心动图诊断:室壁瘤。给予卡托普利纠正心力衰竭,从6.25 mg每日3次开始,逐渐增至25 mg每日3次。治疗40天后,出现疼痛性舌
1 case introduction example 1 female, 76 years old. Heart palpitations, shortness of breath for 1 year. BP: 18 / 11kPa. The bottom of the lungs can be heard and blisters sound, heart rate 92 beats / min. ECG: old myocardial infarction. Two-dimensional echocardiographic diagnosis: aneurysm. Captopril was given to correct heart failure, starting from 6.25 mg three times daily and gradually increasing to 25 mg three times daily. After 40 days of treatment, a painful tongue develops
