应用型人才培养是法治社会的需求,也是法学高等教育发展的需求.在当下法学教学改革环境下,人才培养的机遇为法学应用型人才的培养创造了条件,但当前的法学人才培养模式仍有许多的问题和难点.本文以民法学教学改革为例,对教学改革中的问题和难点进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了建议和对策.
