肾移植是慢性尿毒症患者的一种有效治疗方法，近年来不断取得稳步发展．国内近几年移植数不断增加，每年达千例数左右，肾移植手术成功率不断提高．我院自1992年7月开始至今．共行异体肾移植6例．手术均获成功．本文就异体肾移植的手术环节．结合文献谈点我们的体会．1临床资料
