小金丸治疗乳腺增生疗效较佳,为我院外科常用药。今年在我院门诊出现四例严重皮肤过敏反应,以往文献未见报道,笔者对其不良反应进行分析,认为不良反应由小金丸中木鳖子引起。在工业化大生产中,有毒药木鳖子没有统一的炮制工艺及确切的炮制标准,有关药厂和科研单位应加强木鳖子的药理、药化、药效学研究,尽快制订出标准,避免不良反应的再次发生。
