研究了湖南烤烟177份烟叶样品糖含量与土壤养分的关系。结果表明:(1)烟叶糖含量在样品间存在着广泛的变异,B2F、C3F和X2F等级的总糖含量分别为22.28±3.32%、24.84±2.91%和24.18±3.49%,还原糖含量分别为19.69±2.47%、22.10±2.55%和21.33±3.08%;(2)不同等级烟叶中糖含量与土壤全氮和碱解氮含量呈负相关,而与土壤全钾和速效钾含量呈正相关,但不同等级烟叶中影响糖含量的主导因子不尽一致;(3)对土壤中全氮、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾含量进行分组,研究了烟叶总糖和还原糖含量在不同组间的变化,表明烟叶糖含量一般随土壤钾素含量增加而增加,随土壤氮素含量增加而降低。
The relationship between sugar content and soil nutrients in 177 tobacco leaves from Hunan flue-cured tobacco was studied. The results showed as follows: (1) The content of sugar in tobacco leaves varied widely among the samples. The total sugar content of B2F, C3F and X2F grades were 22.28 ± 3.32%, 24.84 ± 2.91% and 24.18 ± 3.49% 19.69 ± 2.47%, 22.10 ± 2.55% and 21.33 ± 3.08%, respectively. (2) There was a negative correlation between sugar content and soil total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content in different grades of tobacco, but positively correlated with total potassium and available potassium in soil (3) The content of total nitrogen, total potassium, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium in soil was divided into groups, and the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in different grades of tobacco were studied. Changes, indicating that tobacco leaf sugar content generally increases with the increase of soil potassium content, with the increase of soil nitrogen content decreased.
