最初听到编辑的名称,只知道是报刊社或出版社业务人员的称谓,对他们的具体工作不甚了了。后来,自己成了作者,免不了与真实的编辑就作品进行沟通,对他们的工作有了一些感觉。待到样刊寄来,看着自己作品在舞台上的模样与原始的文稿在感觉上迥然相异,便开始意识到那些很难谋面的编辑的力量。一年前阴差阳错地到了编辑部,奇迹般地与始终存在于想象中的编辑老师做同事,才真正地有机会感悟他们的工作,一个新的世界在我的眼前逐渐展开。我们的刊物是一份学术期刊,我的编辑同事们属于学术编辑,在工作的过程中,我观察、思考并与他们
