改革以来我国零售业蓬勃发展,新的销售方式层出不穷,而且出现了许多新型组织形式,如大型商场、超级市场和连锁商店等。这些借鉴国外经验所进行的组织创新和管理也存在一些问题,如经营方针口号雷同、视觉识别设计千人一面、公关活动徒有其表、企业目标与社会要求存在差距、各类企业定位不准、企业功能发挥不充分等。本文想就零售商业企业所存在的上述问题谈些看法。
