随着信息技术的高速发展,信息技术的更新速度不断加快,以满足人们日常生活和工作的需要。作为医疗机构,每天接触形形色色的病例,加之医疗技术的日新月异,要想在医学领域有良好的创新和发展,需要大量科学资料的积累,以便掌握最新的学术动态。医院图书馆作为医院的一个重要组成部分,可以提供大量的医疗信息,更新技术资源,拓展医务人员思路。因此,医院图书馆管理工作对于医疗信息资源的储备和更新具有重要的作用,对于图书馆精细化的管理,主要是强调细致的做好管理工作,以精细化的服务和管理提高整体的水平和质量。本文根据现阶段我国医院系统对图书馆的需要,对精细化管理的需求,对其进行研究和探讨,进一步促进医院图书馆的科学化发展,以供参考。
With the rapid development of information technology, the updating speed of information technology continues to accelerate to meet the needs of people’s daily life and work. Hospital library as an important part of the hospital, can provide a large number of medical information, update technical resources, expand medical staff ideas. Therefore, the management of hospital libraries plays an important role in the reserve and renewal of medical information resources. The management of library delicacy mainly emphasizes meticulous management, improves the overall level with elaborate services and management and quality. According to the current needs of the hospital system in our country for the library, the demand for the meticulous management, this paper studies and discusses it, and further promotes the scientific development of the hospital library for reference.
