目的:为了解公主岭市农村集贸市场的食品卫生状况,提高农村集贸市场食品卫生管理水平,更有效的开展食品卫生监督工作。方法:严格按照《食品卫生检验方法》、《食品安全法》、《卫生标准和技术评价规范》的要求,选择9个较大的农村集贸市场对其加工和销售的食品进行卫生学调查。结果:抽检食品单位135家,从业人员个人卫生差,持健康证率占60.3%;卫生设施严重缺乏,有防尘设施的仅占38.9%,使用专用售货工具的占49.6%;采购食品时索证率低,没有一户开展对食品原料的索证工作,食品合格率只有65.7%。结论:必须切实加强对业主和从业人员的卫生宣传培训,规范农村集贸市场,加大行政执法力度,严把准入关,改革现行执法体制,提高对集贸市场的卫生执法效率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand food sanitation of rural bazaars in Gongzhuling, raise the level of food sanitation management in rural bazaars and carry out food sanitation supervision more effectively. Methods: According to the requirements of Food Hygiene Inspection Method, Food Safety Law, Health Standards and Technical Evaluation Standard, 9 large rural bazaars were selected to carry out hygiene investigation on the foods they processed and sold. Results: There were 135 sampling food units with poor personal hygiene and 60.3% health certificates. There was a serious shortage of sanitary facilities, with only 38.9% of dust-proof facilities and 49.6% of them using special sales tools. When purchasing food Cable certificate rate is low, there is no one carried out on the raw materials of food certification work, food pass rate of only 65.7%. Conclusion: Health promotion and training for owners and practitioners must be strengthened, the market of rural bazaars should be standardized, the intensity of administrative law enforcement should be strengthened, the access control should be strict, the current law enforcement system should be reformed, and the efficiency of health enforcement on bazaars should be improved.
