社会系统环境的快速变迁,导致传统的管理理念以及领导方式已经无法支撑现代企业的可持续发展。为此,本文基于自组织理论,试图构建企业的智慧型领导模式,以使企业拥有适应快速变化环境与应对复杂境遇的能力,从而适时进行自我创新规避外界风险。通过延伸企业边界、去除企业控制中心以及扩大企业跨界合作三条路径,将自组织属性嵌入到企业中,以构建企业智慧型领导模式。
Rapid changes in the social system environment, leading to the traditional management concepts and leadership has been unable to support the sustainable development of modern enterprises. Therefore, based on the theory of self-organization, this article attempts to build a smart leadership model so that enterprises have the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing environment and deal with complex situations, so as to timely self-innovation and avoid external risks. By extending enterprise boundaries, removing corporate control centers and expanding business cross-border cooperation in three ways, self-organization attributes embedded in the enterprise, in order to build business intelligence leadership model.
