Objective: To analyze the influence of different anesthesia on newborns in cesarean section and provide a strong basis for clinical practice. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016, according to 100 cases of maternal anesthesia were divided into two groups, each with 50 cases, of which Patients in the study group were given general anesthesia, patients in the control group received spinal anesthesia, and the operation time of the study group and the control group were counted. The Apgar score of 1 minute and 5 minutes, the arterial blood gas analysis index of 30 minutes after the newborn was born, Neonatal birth after 1 day, 3 days and 5 days of neurobehavioral score, the values obtained for statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in operation time between the study group and the control group. The Apgar scores at 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth in the study group and the control group were all within the normal range. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Arterial blood gas analysis indexes of newborns in study group and control group 30 minutes after birth were all within the normal range, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); the newborns of study group and control group were born one day after birth , Neurobehavioral scores of three days and five days increased significantly, and there was no significant difference between each time point (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: For general anesthesia and intraspinal anesthesia in cesarean section patients, no effect on the newborn will be achieved. Both anesthesia methods are safe and reliable.
