在社会能源利用和分配发生显著变化的时代背景下,煤矿企业面临着新的发展形势,尤其是对其自身的改革和发展创造了复杂的条件。未来,无论是我国煤炭工业还是国际上的煤矿企业发展都将会面临极其多元化的发展环境,要想使我国煤矿企业的发展不因国际环境与能源利用、配置的改变而出现发展受阻,就需要将煤矿企业的改革放到与时俱进的标准上来。对煤矿企业而言,只有思想政治工作做到与时俱进才能发挥其对企业进步的积极意义,实现长远的企业发展目标。本文首先分析了思想政治工作对煤矿企业的意义,针对当前存在于煤矿企业政治工作开展中的问题进行了评析,最后提出思想政治工作与时俱进的具体措施。
Against the background of significant changes in the utilization and distribution of energy resources in the society, the coal mining enterprises are facing new development situations, especially creating complicated conditions for their own reform and development. In the future, both the coal industry in our country and the international development of coal mining enterprises will face extremely diversified development environment. If we want to prevent the development of China’s coal mining enterprises from being hindered by the change of the international environmental and energy utilization and configuration, It is necessary to put the reform of the coal mining enterprises on the standard of advancing with the times. For coal mining enterprises, only if ideological and political work is advancing with the times can its positive significance to the progress of the enterprise be realized and the long-term goal of enterprise development can be achieved. This paper first analyzes the significance of ideological and political work to coal mining enterprises, analyzes the current problems existing in the development of political work in coal mining enterprises, and finally puts forward concrete measures for keeping the ideological and political work going with the times.
