不过滤水样中铁离子的反射吸光光度法研究

自制了与商品化吸光光度计匹配的反射吸光度测定装置,并利用该装置研究了水样浊度对铁(II)-邻菲罗啉络合物反射吸光度的影响.实验结果表明,当铁离子质量浓度在0 ~10. 00 mg /L 范围内时,具有一定浊度(T) 的试样按标准方法显色后,试样浊度的反射吸光度(AT) 与铁(II)-邻菲罗啉络合物的反射吸光度具有加和性.通过大量实验数据,推导出AT =4. 49 × 10-4T + 0. 0264(R2 = 0. 9774,n = 20).基于此,建立了不过滤水样中铁离子的反射吸光光度法,即: 水样无需过滤,按标准方法加入试剂显色,测得吸光度AS; 同时,用以上推导公式计算AT; 以AS-AT代入标准曲线方程即可计算待测水样中的铁离子质量浓度.采集4 个实际河水水样为基底,随机加入适量铁离子标准溶液,分别用本论文研究的方法和标准方法测定水样中的铁离子质量浓度,两者的测定结果无显著差异.“,”In this study,a reflection absorbance measuring device was made to match the commercial spectrophotometer,and the effect of water sample turbidity (T) on the absorbance of Fe (II )- phenanthroline complex was investigated using the device. When the turbid water samples were colorreacted according to the standard method,the reflection absorbance of the Fe (II)-phenanthroline complex and that of the turbidity had additivity in the range of 0 ~ 10. 00 mg /L iron ion concentration. A number of experimental data demonstrated that the relationship between the reflection absorbance (AT) and the turbidity (T) was AT = 4. 49 × 10-4 T + 0. 0264 (n = 20,R2 = 0. 9774). Based on this,a reflection absorptiometry of iron ion in unfiltered water sample was proposed. The determination procedures were as follows,an unfiltered water sample was color-reacted according to the standard method,and was detected the reflection absorbance (AS) together with calculating AT,and then the iron ion concentration in the unfiltered water sample can be quantified using the value of AS-AT according to the standard curve. 4 water samples were made using river water matrix added iron ion standard solution. The water samples were analyzed with both the proposed method and the standard method. The results analyzed by both methods showed no significant difference.
