1存在的问题为防止出煤磨煤粉温度过高引起自燃甚至爆炸,我公司在煤磨出口的管道上安装了一根热电阻来监测出磨煤粉的温度。当温度超过控制值时,PLC控制系统发出安全连锁停机指令使煤磨跳停。但是当热电阻发生断路故障时,PLC控制系统会判断热电阻达到温度最大值,这样会使得煤磨安全连锁跳停。根据电气设备维护记录和工艺故障停机记录,得知该热电阻
1 existing problems In order to prevent coal from burning too high temperature caused by spontaneous combustion and even explosion, the company exports coal in the pipeline installed a thermal resistance to monitor the temperature of pulverized coal. When the temperature exceeds the control value, PLC control system issued a safety chain stop instruction to make coal mill jump stop.
