Objective To study the expression of p53, CerbB-2 and PCNA in 76 cases of gliomas and their correlation. Methods SP immunohistochemistry and statistical analysis. Results (1) The positive rates of p53, CerbB-2 and PCNA in 76 glioma tissues were 44.74% (34/76), 34.21% (26/76) and 80.26 % (61/76). (2) There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of p53 and the histological type and malignancy of glioma (P <0.01). (3) There was a positive correlation between p53, CerbB-2 and PCNA (P <0.05). Conclusion (1) Abnormal expression of P53 affects the differentiation of tumor cells, which may be one of the malignant phenotypes and diagnostic indicators of gliomas. (2) The abnormal expression of CerbB-2 is related to the abnormality of p53, which plays an important role in the growth of glioma. (3) The detection of multiple oncogenes contributes to the pathological analysis and biological behavior observation of glioma.
