为了提高土壤的压实质量和压实效率,应用专有技术设计研制了仿冲击工业样机,并对工业样机的压实性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:当虚铺层厚度为60—70 cm,当振幅为4 mm,仿冲击振动压实6遍时,土壤在20 cm和30 cm深度处的压实度分别为85.53%、84.87%;仿冲击振动压实12遍时,土壤在20 cm和30 cm深度处的压实度分别为89.47%和86.88%,比原机的压实度分别提高了4.65%和5.51%。
In order to improve compaction quality and compaction efficiency of soil, the impact-proof industrial prototype was designed and developed by using proprietary technology. The compaction performance of industrial prototype was tested. The results show that the compaction degree of soils is 85.53% and 84.87% at the depths of 20 cm and 30 cm, respectively, when the thickness of imaginary layer is 60-70 cm, when the amplitude is 4 mm and the impact vibration compaction is 6 times. Compaction shock vibration compaction 12 times, the depth of soil compaction at 20 cm and 30 cm were 89.47% and 86.88%, respectively, than the original compaction degree increased by 4.65% and 5.51%.
