纪南公社有197个生产队,40,566人,14岁以下的儿童占36.3％,学龄前儿童占16.9％。近年来,我们公社在毛主席革命卫生路线指引下,坚持“预防为主”的方针,开展了多种生物制品的预防接种工作,每年接种近3万人次。为了合理地使用生物制品,我们从1973年开始,对14岁以下的儿童,全面建立了预防接种卡片。建卡以生产队为单位,首先逐户摸底造册,然后再填写卡片,并按7岁以下和8岁以上划分两组装订
