为了贯彻党的十四届三中全会《关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》和国务院召开的全国经济工作会议精神,我委起草了《关于转换国有企业经营机制建立现代企业制度的若干意见》,并在全国经贸工作会议上进行了认真讨论。会后,又进一步征求了有关部门的意见。现将修改后的文件印发你们,请参照执行。
In order to implement the Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Party Central Committee on the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System and the spirit of the National Economic Work Conference convened by the State Council, the Committee drafted a number of proposals for the transformation of the operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of a modern enterprise system. Opinions, and serious discussions were held at the National Economic and Trade Work Conference. After the meeting, they further solicited opinions from relevant departments. The revised document will now be issued to you. Please refer to the implementation.
