交通运输部门作为政府职能部门之一,必须适应经济社会发展变化的需求和构建服务型政府的要求,积极推进管理创新,不断提升交通运输依法行政能力和公共服务水平,努力适应发展社会主义市场经济和构建社会主义和谐社会的要求。本文分析了推进交通运输部门管理创新的现实意义,提出了推进交通运输部门管理创新的主要措施。
As one of the government’s functional departments, the transportation department must adapt itself to the needs of economic and social development and changes and the requirements of building a service-oriented government. It should actively promote management innovation and constantly improve the ability of administration of transportation according to law and public services to adapt to the development of socialist market economy And the requirement of building a harmonious socialist society.
